Steve studied law at the University of Nairobi, undertook legal research and entrepreneurship training at the Kenya School of Professional Studies, and is pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Global Leadership and Governance at USIU-Africa. He attended Alliance High School and Lugulu Boarding Primary School.

As Founder and CEO, Steve built a research-driven media, market-intelligence and advisory platform working across banking, fintech, investment, development finance, manufacturing and technology.
Webuye Light Industries Limited
As Managing Director, he oversees industrial strategy, compliance, production planning, financial controls, human-capital development and market expansion—experience that places him inside the real barriers facing manufacturers.
Research, media and governance
His earlier work includes management at West FM and research during Kenya’s constitutional review process. He has become a respected public voice on taxation, capital markets, banking, healthcare financing, education, public debt and industrial policy.
